Food for the Soul is an initiative designed to inspire and bring depth. Jean-Michel and I organise these events in the spirit of giving: we invite inspiring experts and, in return, ask for a voluntary contribution to a charity that is close to our hearts.

Three forces that influence our relationships, desires, fears, ambitions, and personal choices.
Yet most of us were never truly taught how to consciously relate to them.
This one-day teaser workshop invites you into an experiential exploration of the deeper dynamics behind money, sex, and power through awareness, embodiment, curiosity and authentic human connection.
We will deepen our spiritual awareness which can support us to grow into our own true presence.

During this immersive workshop we will explore:
